Goddess Soak (ritual)

A beautiful self care routine to reconnect and recharge with our divine feminine selves.

About this ritual:

A Goddess Soak is a way to honour your body and it’s feminine cycles. Just like nature, we all need time to build up and tear down, to re-charge and to dis-charge. The Goddess Soak ritual is exactly that: a time to cleanse, let go and open yourself to the gift the Universe has to offer…

Frequency: As often as you like. Listen to your body and let it tell you what it needs. Once a month, once a week, once a year… take time to honour goddesss..

Preparation/Tools: All you need is a tub (or a pool of water) and your birthday suit! For added divinity call in the power of floral bath salts, essential oils and surround yourself with crystals that resonate with your inner goddess. How to:

There is no “one way” to do a Goddess Soak ritual. It is a personal and private experience, I encourage you to play and listen to what your body and intuition are telling you. Here are some guidelines to help get you started:

• Set time aside for just you. If you are a wife or a mother, ask your partner to watch the kids and give you that sacred space your soul needs every now and then.
• Run the bath water and sprinkle in your favourite #BathSalts while chanting a Goddess mantra, or one you feel drawn to
• Light a candle, some incense or smudge if you’d like to invoke grounding and protection…
• At the end, observe the bath water draining and remind yourself that with it goes your limiting beliefs, resentments, prejudices and anything else that is no longer serving you. You are a refreshened being and body of light!
