General Session (1hr) -Quebec

These general sessions are great for anyone who’s not sure what they’re looking for yet, or are interested in a range of specialized services, such as:

• Chakra Balancing
• Energetic Tune Up and Alignment
• Intuitive Coaching
• Oracle Card Messaging (“Coffee and Clarity Sessions”)
• Access Consciousness Bars
• Body Processes & Energetic Facelift

What to expect: We will discuss your needs and if there is a specific reason you are coming to the session. Often I am guided intuitively to ask questions, pull cards and apply hands-on healing modules ( Access Consciousness Bars, crystal grids and reiki). Vibrational healing with essential oils, smudging and sound healing all takes place as well whether you are in person or remote.

As an intuitive healer and coach I relay information to you based on what the Universe feels is important I share with you. Often information for these sessions comes in on your behalf days and hours before the actual session takes place; so though our session is typically 60 minutes in length I have been preparing, receiving and sending energetic tune-ups for 24-48 hrs before and after our sessions. Believe me when I say big shifts happen and lots of energy is moved during our sessions together!
